      Kameizumi Sake Brewing Co., Ltd

      A sake brewery with over 120 years of history. The sake here is made using the water from the "Spring of Ten Thousand Years".
      This spring is said to have never dried up since the 1600s.Water from the spring gives the sake a smooth and distinct taste with a hint of sweetness to it. It is no wonder that it even has fans.

      Katsuobushi is a Japanese preserved food that is made from drying of oceanic bonito. It is also known to be the world's hardest food. Tosa City is knkown as the birthplace of Tosa Katsuobushi, a type of Katsuobushi, and it is said that the city name is named after the Tosa Katsuobushi.
